TRENTVALLEY RIDING CLUB RULES
- All Competitors must ensure that they have read and signed the disclaimer form before entering any classes
- Hard Hats (PAS 015) and correct footwear must be worn at all times when riding including fancy dress classes
- Members must keep within boundaries, no cantering or galloping around the field
- No dropping of litter
- Dogs to be kept on leads at all times
- No horse or pony aged less than 4 years to compete in ridden classes.
- Excessive use of whips will not be tolerated, persons, in committees view, found to be ill treating any animal will be banned from future shows
- The judges decision will be final
- Any member wishing to make a complaint may do so in writing accompanied by £10, within 30 minutes of the incident
- The organisers reserve the right to change the schedule at any time
- Entry fees will not be refunded
- All ponies/horses that may kick must wear a red ribbon, green ribbons are recommended for young horses
- Horses and ponies must not be left unattended
- If a member competes on more than one mount, it is the competitor's responsibility to space classes accordingly
- The committee will not be held responsible for competitors missing classes, whatever reason
- Spurs may be worn
- All ages as at 1st of January in the current year
